Projects
LawlerWood served as the project manager for two state-of-the-art hospitals and to develop and own a 93,000 s.f. medical office building adjacent to the hospitals. The project deadline was 30 months and LawlerWood provided a turnkey solution from land selection to move-in of the hospitals. Project innovation and worker safety were key goals. The project was completed under budget and on schedule.
