Leasing

Landlord representation, lease negotiation, and lease administration.

Property Administration

Includes management level coordination of the delivery of services and their costs, policies and procedures, contract negotiation, facility auditing and annual budgeting. We develop, track and manage operational and capital budgets and oversee facility planning, financial administration and reporting.

Facilities Management

Provides the most comprehensive services available, including oversight for all on-site work order response, repair, operations, preventive maintenance, energy management, vendor effectiveness, technical troubleshooting and systems management with on-site staff.

General Building Services

Includes management of interior cleaning, grounds and landscaping, trash and buildings services to maintain a high quality image for each facility.

Capital Improvements

Manage all capital improvements to the client's property including tenant build out and building system replacement.
