Southeastern Glass was a mixed-use redevelopment of a 1925 built warehouse and retail building converted to fifteen residential condominiums and four commercial spaces. Conversion Properties developed the project and arranged the combination of city sponsored Tax Increment Financing, a Central Business Improvement District grant and bank financing.
