LawlerWood developed this multi-tenant, 24-story, 367,000 s.f., class A multi-tenant office building and 420-space garage that currently serves as BB&T’s regional headquarters. LawlerWood’s corporate offices are located in Riverview. The building was financed using a combination of traditional financing and tax increment bonds. The total project cost was approximately $37M in 1986.
