Working with South Carolina developer, Sands Development, LawlerWood successfully developed the 750-acre vacation community known as Pawley’s Plantation adjacent to Pawley’s Island, South Carolina. The cornerstone of the project is an 18-hole golf course that winds its way through the low-country marshes along the intercostal waterway. Designed by Jack Nicklaus, the 6,500-yard course takes full advantage of the natural setting to offer a unique golfing experience.
