Beginning in 2005, LawlerWood has partnered with Maryville College to transform its historic campus to meet the needs of today's students while preserving its rich architectural culture. LawlerWood completed a complete renovations of Anderson and Pearson’s Halls, the original and most iconic buildings on the Maryville College campus. To meet this challenge, the development team replaced the entire interior structure of the buildings while preserving the historic exterior masonry, updating classrooms, residential spaces and dining facilities. The company has also managed the design and construction of new track and soccer facilities along with renovations of the existing Cooper Athletic Center and softball field.
