LawlerWood served as the project manager for this $80M development project consisting of of a 232-room luxury hotel, entertainment complex, corporate offices and renovation of existing harness racing grandstands. The hotel achieved a four-star rating and operates successfully alongside the adjoining casino operated by the owner.
