Completed in 2022, Central View Flats was a historic rehabilitation of a building constructed in 1911 as a laboratory that served Knoxville's first regional hospital, Knoxville General Hospital. The renovation consisted of nine residential studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartment units.
