Located just north of Downtown Knoxville, this new construction represents phase II of Axle Logistics Corporate Headquarters. Phase I, the Hull Dobbs Building, was completed in January of 2021 and due to the rapid growth of Axle's business, land was acquired for this Phase II building in May of 2021. The concrete, brick and metal panel building has many amenities such as a regulation NBA basketball half court, full gym with free weights, cardio, running track, and a commissary. When fully occupied, the building will hold greater than 750 employees.
