Tailor Lofts was a historic rehab of the only building to survive Knoxville's 1897 "Million Dollar Fire". Originally built by a promenant Knoxville Drug Company, it served as home to two well-known tailors for many years. The project consisted of nine residential apartments and a ground floor restaurant space. Conversion Properties was the project manager and arranged the financing including a PILOT, a Central Business Improvement District grant, Historic Tax Credits, and a bank loan.
