Working in tandem with LawlerWood, Wood Properites, Inc. assembled several parcels in the Harding Valley area of west Knoxville and developed a three building suburban office park in 2003. Marketed on a build-to-suit basis to potential tenants, the complex offers state of the art fiber optic communication capabilities and energy efficient design. Located on Pellissippi Parkway, the office park conveniently serves tenants in both the Knoxville and Oak Ridge areas.
