In spring 2018, LawlerWood opened the John C. Drummond Center at the National Nuclear Security Administration’s Pantex Plant. The 340,000 s.f. administrative facility houses 1,200 employees and is leased to NNSA contractor, Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC. LawlerWood financed the JCDC through a combination of taxable bond financing and tenant funding. The company provides ongoing asset and facility management services for the nonprofit owner.
