LawlerWood managed the planning, programming, design, construction and equipping for this new 100-bed satellite hospital and integrated Medical Office Building for Northeast Georgia Health Systems in Braselton, GA. The project cost was $188M. Lean Design and Construction delivery techniques were used exclusively to deliver this LEED Gold for Healthcare project. Shortly after the base hospital was completed, LawlerWood managed a 100-bed vertical expansion and addtion of a 24 bed observation unit adding an addtional 62,000 s.f. at a cost of $62 million.
