Nashville Superspeedway

Dover Downs Entertainment, Inc., and its subsidiary, Nashville Superspeedway USA, Inc. selected LawlerWood to act as project manager for all aspects of site acquisition and construction of a $120M motor sports complex. The 3,100-acre project included major road improvements coordinated with the Tennessee Department of Transportation and several miles of utility extensions.
