Completed in 2005, the Maryville Municipal Center is the City Hall for the City of Maryville. LawlerWood served as the Project Manager for the City and provides ongoing comprehensive facility management service with on-site staff. The traditional limestone and brick building was constructed on the site of the old Municipal Center. City offices were temporarily relocated during the 27-month development process. A total of 23 additional properties were acquired and incorporated into the original site. The $20M project was delivered $500,000 under budget and within the project schedule.
