This new 180,000 s.f. facility serves as the Administrative and Operations headquarters for the Lenoir City Utilities Board. LCUB is the seventh largest electric utility in the State of Tennessee. The facility features a state-of-the-art dispatch nerve center for the electric, water, sanitary sewer and gas utilities; extensive warehousing to weather protect electrical transformers; upgraded shop facilities; office for administrative functions and a data center. LawlerWood served as the Project Manager for the development.
