LawlerWood privately developed and operates two administrative facilities totaling 550,000 s.f. on the campus of the National Security Complex at Y-12. The Jack Case and New Hope Centers were financed with a $154 million taxable bond issue and are leased to the Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC on behalf of the Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration. The LEED certified buildings house 1,500 employees in state of the art office, laboratory, medical, training, conference and meeting spaces.
