LawlerWood assembled a two block site and provided comprehensive development services to build a corporate headquarters for Whittle Communications in downtown Knoxville. This three-story, 250,000 s.f., Georgian style architecture facility was designed by Peter Marino and Associates of New York with local participation from Barber & McMurry Architects. It is a showcase for elaborate interior finishes and authentic building materials and is a landmark in downtown Knoxville. The campus now serves as the Howard H. Baker Federal Courthouse.
