LawlerWood developed this 27-story, 426,000 s.f. facility, which was the first modern high office building constructed in Knoxville. It contains retail shops on the plaza level and a 450 space garage. It occupies an entire city block and served as a catalyst for several other developments in the immediate area. LawlerWood leased and managed the facility for a number of years and maintained an ownership interest for five years. The development was completed in 1978 and cost approximately $24M.
