LawlerWood was selected by Alexian Brothers of Tennessee to be the Project Manager for a major expansion and renovation project to the Signal Mountain campus. The challenge was to successfully manage the planning, design, construction, FF&E and occupancy of a three-phase plan to add a 133-bed skilled nursing facility on campus in close proximity to occupied facilities on a limited budget and a tight schedule. The LawlerWood team worked closely with Alexian through the visioning process to develop multiple concepts with the design and construction team that would accomplish its business objectives. The result is a beautiful new complex nestled strategically into the campus architecture with infrastructure and capacity to handle planned growth.
