Projects

LawlerWood was initially selected by Catawba College to create a campus master plan to identify facility requirements in alignment with the college’s strategic plan. The master plan identified the need for a new state of the art student residential village, renovation of the campus library and expansion of the college student activities center. Upon completion of the master plan, LawlerWood's assignment was expanded to include the design and construction of all three of the critical projects identified in the master plan and which is now known as the Abernathy Village.
